Minnewaska State Park Preserve is an absolutely gorgeous state park in upstate New York, just a couple of short hour drive North of New York City. With amazing natural beauty, Minnewaska State Park remains one of the top visited destinations in Hudson Valley. There is no better time to visit the park than in the fall, when the fall foliage colors come to life, making it an absolutely magical place.

Pictures simply don’t do this place justice. Especially during fall foliage season. Bring comfortable shoes as there are plenty of hiking trails with changes in elevation. Also, make sure you come early! Parking at the park can fill up quickly, especially during busy weekends.
